§ 7.062. Penalties.

The provisions of this section may be enforced by any law enforcement officer as defined in F.S. § 943.10 as may be amended from time to time. Pursuant to F.S. ch. 327, as may be amended from time to time, a person found to have violated any provision of this division shall be cited for such infraction, and shall be required to appear before the county court. The civil penalty for any such infraction is $50.00, except as otherwise provided by law. Nothing contained herein shall prohibit the county from enforcing any provision of this division by any other lawful means.
