§ 24.054. Officers.

The planning commission chairperson shall be appointed by the board of county commissioners, and a vice-chairperson shall be elected by the planning commission from among its members. The term of office shall be one year with eligibility for reelection. The planning commission shall appoint a secretary who may be a member of the commission or an employee of the county.
