§ 11.5.070. Violations and penalties.

Violations of this article shall be subject to punishment as provided by F.S. § 125.69. Violators shall be prosecuted by the office of the state attorney in the same manner as misdemeanors are prosecuted and, upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00. In addition, the violators shall, upon conviction, pay all costs and expenses involved in the case. Each day or fraction thereof, that a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
